Your very own Throw Down challenge at The Potter's Wheel!

In this adult-focused session you will experience what it is like to throw on a pottery wheel. Each student will have their own wheel set up, ready to go and with clay pre-prepared. You'll be learning some of the basic skills you need to create your own hand thrown pieces: experiencing how the clay behaves; how to keep it 'centred'; and how to 'pull' the clay up and shape it into cylinders and bowls.

Select your best pieces to be bisqued; then return to glaze them and have them fired as a lasting memory of your Throw Down experience.
